Rich brings 20 years of experience working with publicly traded and privately-held companies as well as agencies across the United States Federal Government. Most recently\, Rich served as HITT Contracting’s Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In this role\, Rich led efforts to manage the COVID-19 crisis as well as modernize HITT’s learning and development function for the Construction Company with 1\,150 employees across the United States. Before HITT\, Rich served as CHRO at MicroStrategy (Nasdaq: MSTR)\, a business intelligence platform company with nearly 2\,500 employees across the globe. For FY21\, she is serving on assignment as the Deputy for Culture and Workforce Transformation to focus on NASA’s Future of Work and Digital Transformation (DT) implementation.
