As an academic program located within the UMBC Department of Computer Science and Electrical Engineering (CSEE), the Graduate Cybersecurity Program draws upon the insights, interests, and participation of the CSEE Industrial Advisory Board. This group of experienced career industry and government professionals (which includes senior and executive technical, operational, and business cybersecurity expertise) provide ideas, analysis, and guidance that inform department leaders as they ensure CSEE’s academic programs, research thrusts, and student experiences are responsive to and aligned with the needs and expectations of industry.
