Our panelists will share their experiences with navigating through their academic, professional, and personal lives as first-gen students and professionals.

Connect with other First-Gen Retrievers! Participants will have the opportunity to share their own experiences with being first generation college students with other first-gen students at UMBC. This will be a space for building community and solidarity through personal reflections and sharing of resources.

2024 PTCMW-UMBC-Blacks in I/O Career Panel

On Tuesday, February 20, from 5 – 7 p.m., join the Personnel Testing Council of Metropolitan Washington (PTCMW), the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC) I/O Psychology Graduate Program, and Blacks in I/O Psychology for a career panel and networking event. Panelists will share their defining experiences as I/O Psychologists and offer career advice to students and early career professionals.
