UMBC Students Developing Skills to Create New Products [VIDEO]

Students enrolled in UMBC’s product development graduate course not only learn how to create products, but how to create them as effectively as possible.

“This course prepares students to be successful in the workplace because it gets them to think and ask the right questions. So, if they are sitting in a meeting and talking about the next program that is going to be developed by this company, they can partake in that conversation. They will be equipped to talk about critical details like willingness to pay, contribution margins, and development life cycle.” – Steven Falk, PE, Graduate Faculty, IPDM

This course should be the first one taken in the Integrated Product Development and Manufacturing Graduate Certificate program.
