UMBC’s Engineering Professional Programs is partnering with the American Society for Engineering Management (ASEM) to offer a series of webinars exploring diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE/I) in technical management and technological development.
The webinars are designed to be practitioner oriented. It’s the hope that participants leave the talks with an understanding of specific sensibilities, tools, and techniques to catalyze the needed conversations and actions to embed and infuse DE/I within emerging technological design and management contexts.
